Integrated and space-saving solution
On the one hand, Montech’s standard product range offers belt types that are oil- and cut-resistant. On the other hand, an oil collection plan catches the dripping oil reliably. Montech makes its oil pans of stainless steel depending on individual requirements. The design is attractive and functional, the quality stable and long-lasting. In order to incorporate the oil collection, pan optimally into the production process, it is integrated into the floor supports directly below the belt conveyor. This way, they don’t take up much space and are only used when necessary. The hole in the pan bottom lets the oil drain directly. The hole is milled customer-specifically for an optimized, clean work process.
Roles for still greater flexibility
On request, Montech will equip the floor supports with rollers. This creates additional flexibility: The rollers make the belt conveyor with oil collection pan mobile. If, for example, it is necessary to do maintenance work, the complete conveyor unit can be rolled easily away from the processing machine. And the rollers provide another advantage: They enable easy access to the processing machines.
