CASE TO SHOW RENEWED OFFERING FOR THE ROAD BUILDING, URBAN, RECYCLING AND QUARRY INDUSTRIES AT INTERMAT 2018

CASE Construction Equipment will showcase its product offering for the Road Building, Urban Construction, Recycling and Quarry segments at Intermat 2018 with a display organised by mission. The CASE stand will consist almost entirely of models introduced in the last 12 months, reflecting the brand’s commitment to offering customers the latest technologies to help them maximise their operations’ efficiency and productivity.

CASE for the Road Building industry

CASE’s comprehensive offering includes both dozers and graders, with a range that matches perfectly the requirements of European road building businesses, providing solutions that combine maximum productivity with competitive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

The proven 836C grader that will be on display meets Tier 4 Final emissions standards with the patented Hi-eSCR technology developed by FPT Industrial. This after-treatment system presents multiple benefits in terms of performance, reliability and economy. The 836C, with its unique technical solutions, provides operators with the comfortable ride and outstanding controllability that makes CASE graders segment leader.

CASE will also show the 1650M dozer, which is designed to drive up productivity: it features the premium SCR technology developed by FPT Industrial; the high-performance hydrostatic transmission with advanced cooling design delivers constant pulling capability; and a wide choice of dedicated equipment provides high versatility. The redesigned undercarriage is built for reliability, and all components are developed for a long working life to reduce maintenance costs and deliver a high level of performance in the heaviest conditions.

CASE’s offering for infrastructural works is complemented by sister brand IVECO’s brand new Stralis X-WAY. The new Stralis X-WAY range is specifically designed for construction logistics and urban missions. It combines IVECO’s best fuel-efficiency and safety technologies with the renowned off-road robustness of its toughest vehicles to deliver high productivity with outstanding Total Cost of Ownership. The Stralis X-WAY NP (Natural Power) on display, powered by IVECO’s industry leading natural gas technology, offers a further environmental advantage – a benefit for construction logistics operations in urban centres with restrictions on diesel vehicles and job sites operating 24/7 with noise constraints.

Manoeuvrability and efficiency come first in CASE’s offering for the Urban segment

CASE offers construction businesses ample choice of solutions that combine a big performance with the manoeuvrability, agility and versatility they require to maximise their productivity in urban jobsites.

The CX145DSR crawler excavator is the perfect machine when space is limited, as in urban construction projects. The CASE SR models bring to the jobsite all the benefits of the D Series to get the job done in confined spaces with no compromise on performance. The machines offer best-in-class lift capacity, delivering high productivity across a great variety of applications. D Series excavators meet Tier 4 Final standards with a combination of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) and diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) technologies that helps maximize uptime and performance.

The CASE 695ST backhoe loader on display, which received an upgrade last year to meet Tier 4 Final emissions standards with the brand’s simple SCR-only solution developed by FPT Industrial. The upgrade also introduced a choice of backhoe geometry to match the different requirements of urban jobsites. The in-line geometry is the ideal choice for operators looking for exceptional breakout force and great reach, together with better visibility on the working area at the back of the machine. The CASE DNA boom geometry, on the other hand, is the perfect solution for tough working conditions, as the sliding part never touches the soil and the components that do are protected against impact and material accumulation.
