P.Z: After-sales service is an indispensable part of an enterprise, and it is also the most important part of after-sales. Its importance is reflected in the following aspects:

  2. b). Improve the credibility and reputation of the company’s products

Follow up customer’s receiving condition after deliver.

  1. a). We will deal with customer feedback in the first time and reply within 24 hours; 
  2. b). Preliminary analysis within 3 days; 
  3. c). 8D report within 7 days;

E.E: What impact has product innovation on your customers?

P.Z: In order to adapt to the development of the times, innovation is an inevitable trend. Product innovation can lead to better experiences and business opportunities for customers. For crystal oscillators, innovative smaller size is a necessary behavior, so that the products used by customers can be smaller and more convenient to use, such as: Bluetooth headsets, audio and so on.
