Beyond the Activator, we offer comprehensive consultation services to bring our clients’ product ideas to life. From concept to realization, we guide clients through the entire process, including prototyping and pilot series production. Our expert team collaborates closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions, aiming to help them achieve successful outcomes.

C.G: Our innovative technology enables the seamless combination of diverse materials, including homogeneous materials and sandwich structures. We have successfully integrated particle foam, popcorn, sawdust, cork, metal, leather, wood, and more, creating a versatile palette of materials. This opens endless opportunities for developing innovative and customized products tailored to the specific needs of industries such as automotive, aerospace, building technology, sports, leisure, and beyond.
ATECARMA® places a strong emphasis on sustainability, offering a game-changing solution for companies seeking to reduce their carbon footprint. The genius of our production process lies in its simplicity – we only require heat and pressure. By eliminating the need for environmentally harmful methods, we are happy to contribute to a more sustainable future.
Additionally, in response to customer demands, we have developed a food-safe activator, making ATECARMA® an exciting option for applications in packaging and other food-related industries. E.E: At what stage is the market where you are currently active?
C.G: In the ATECARMA® market, we are currently active in various stages of project development. We have approximately 50 projects in the feasibility stage, representing a diverse range of prospects from around the world. Additionally, we have successfully obtained serial manufacturing approval for some projects.
One notable achievement is our collaboration with a major player in the automotive industry, where we worked together to develop a rear spoiler. The project received class A surface approval, showcasing its high quality. Notably, the result of our development efforts resulted in a weight reduction of over 50% per component while maintaining almost the same stiffness. Furthermore, the total Global Warming Potential (GWP) per component was reduced by a factor of four.
