Originally focused solely on selling complete hardware solutions, we have evolved into a dynamic Software as a Service (SAAS) company. This evolution reflects our commitment to innovation and meeting the evolving needs of our customers. Right now, we’re focused on delivering total solutions to the market. From a wide range of software upgrades, to enhancing the functionality and performance of products like the Atellio family and AUDAC Touch.
E.E: What is the state of the market where you are currently active?
T.V.d.S: AUDAC specializes in providing customized audio solutions to meet the specific demands of our clients within these sectors. By offering innovative and high-quality audio solutions, we aim to enhance audio experiences across various environments. We’re mostly active in the fixed install market. Our product range focuses on background & foreground music systems. Besides that, we also focus on and develop quality products that aims to cherish the public address system market.
E.E: What can you tell us about market trends?
T.V.d.S: In the context of AUDAC, a trend is that the market is increasingly leaning towards software-based solutions. There’s a shift towards viewing products as a foundation with additional features and enhancements built upon it. This trend highlights the importance of adaptability and innovation in meeting the evolving needs of our customers. Ease of integration has also been never as important as before. System integrators are looking for the right product with the best user experience as the best integration experience.
E.E: What are the most innovative products/services marketed?
T.V.d.S: By far our AUDAC Touch™ platform, it’s single OS which is how we offer the most intuitive way of designing and managing your sound system installation. You can create custom user dashboards without coding, enabling you to control your system from any device. For more complex solutions, it’s also possible to use LUA for tailor-made control scripts. We created AUDAC Touch™ for quick integrations and immersive user experiences. As of lately we’re excited to offer a variety of premium features that will enhance the experience of AUDAC Touch™. While our free version provides a fantastic foundation, the advanced features help you get the most out of our platform.
E.E: What estimations do you have for the beginning of 2024?
T.V.d.S: We are particularly excited about strengthening our position in the fixed install market segment and about the potential for expansion. With the large expansion of our networked sound solutions named Atellio family we are convinced that system integrators will value this new approach where individual products become solutions by themselves. Resulting in significant increases in our market share.
