Bandini Scaldabagni is a family company, specialized in manufacture of electric boilers for domestic use and buffer tanks, from 12lt up to 200lt. they are the 2nd producer per volume of electric boilers in the Italian market, with 50 employees and 3 productive implants, all located in Tuscany. Bandini covers the 100% of the cycle of production of the range, giving their added value.

Easy Engineering: What are the main areas of activity of the company?
Samuele Bandini: Our company is highly specialized in electric powered heaters, for sanitary use, and buffer tanks for enclosed systems, such as heat pumps. Our core business are the small capacities, from 12lt up to 200lt.
E.E: What’s the news about new products?
S.B: Buffer tanks are highly demanded by the new heating/cooling implants for European new wave if housing systems. They are required to augment the total volume of water of the system, in order to make the heat pump / photovoltaic / etc. work at maximum efficiency. Buffer tanks are highly linked to all new green powered sourcing for the heating / cooling of the houses, accordingly to the new European directives.
E.E: What are the ranges of products?
S.B: Range of product is our CHARGER SEP, available for the moment in the 3 following capacities: 50lt-80lt-100lt.
E.E: At what stage is the market where you are currently active?
S.B: Market for the buffer tank is just booming in those years, we expect it will stabilize in the next 2/3 years but then will follow the high demand given by the need of renewal of buildings and housing given by the European Union, about the green certifications.
E.E: What can you tell us about market trends?
S.B: Market trends in our sector are given by producers which are market leaders and by the plumbers/thermo-technicians: the first are imposing on market their technical solutions, while they second with their opinion and choice of which product to mount or not, have strong influence on market trends as well.
E.E: What are the most innovative products marketed?
S.B: CHARGER SEP series is the most innovative product marketed by BANDINI SCALDABAGNI SPA.
E.E: What estimations do you have for 2023?
S.B: In 2023 Bandini Scaldabagni SPA as industrial group is estimating to pass over the 20.000.000,00 € of realized turnover. We also expect to see the first results of our industrial investments, which will allow us to power up our productive capacity.
