Additionally, Bartom specializes in developing guidelines for icing and drying products for sugar coating, including gingerbread and prianik. All the machines are fitted with PLC systems featuring touch screen display panels to guarantee optimal results and control throughout the production process.

Smart Enrobing and Decorating Production Line for Chocolate Products: Our latest production line integrates advanced automation and IoT technology to optimize the enrobing and decorating process for chocolate products. Featuring real-time monitoring and control capabilities with ‘touch-screen’ operator panel to enter custom parameters, this system ensures precise coating and decoration while maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste. There is a manually removable mesh conveyor, mounted on its own cart with wheels to facilitate cleaning and maintenance operations. The entire machine is constructed from AISI 304 steel for enhanced resistance.
