Sebastian Stich: Our main areas of activity include the development and production of innovative sensor systems, particularly for rotating machinery. We offer comprehensive IIoT solutions, focusing on condition monitoring to enhance the safety, efficiency, and reliability of industrial equipment. We know that our technology can reduce costs for our customers by preventing downtime and major failure through targeted monitoring and intelligent data evaluation.
E.E: What’s the news about new products/services?
S.S: We are excited to introduce our latest innovation, the DOT platform. It includes our multisensor nodes vibDOT and sealDOT als well as our DOTbox (gateway) and the companion app.
The vibDOT offers information about temperature, vibration and rotation speed. The sealDOT also includes our advanced ultrasound technology which allows real-time monitoring and early detection of wear and potential leakage of the seal. It enables pump manufacturers and plant operators to always keep an eye on the condition of their pumps and to react proactively to potential problems.
Our goal is to significantly improve maintenance precision to reduce downtime and failure. Main advantage is that the measured values are recorded directly at the mechanical seal and not at the machine casing. The mechanical seal data can be displayed in the control room, for example, and can also be accessed directly via a web app. There are various integration possibilities to precisely meet the needs of our clients.
