With our Roll-Safe transport securing system, material costs can be saved by up to 2000 euros per truck per year compared to stretch film that can only be used once. As a rule, the acquisition costs for the stretch wrap panels are amortised after two to three years.
The working time savings amount to around 40 minutes less per truck, which corresponds to an annual saving of 150 working hours per lorry
E.E: What about the costs for maintenance / future upgrades etc.
The product is in a well thought-out condition that meets the requirements of the task area and does not currently require any further upgrades.
Any cleaning caused by soiling can be dealt with using conventional means such as a steam jet or similar.

Roll-Safe consists of two highly resilient structural chamber panels. The quality of the individual components is designed for extreme durability. Although we operate in temperature ranges of minus 25 – 40 degrees with the transport locks, we achieve a service life of well over 10 years and are 100 per cent recyclable. As it is basically a modular system, the individual parts can be replaced and thus guarantee continued use

Food retailers and wholesalers need innovative logistics concepts that fulfil both ecological and economic requirements. When transporting foodstuffs in particular, a transport security system is therefore required that not only significantly speeds up the flow of goods and transport, but also optimally protects their contents. Our reusable solution also helps retailers to eliminate the annoying mountains of film.
E.E: Functionality: tell us something about ease of use, integration with other solutions or other innovative features of your products / solutions?
In the warehouse: The reusable panels are attached to the roll container using special tensioning straps and can be closed in seconds to protect the goods.
At the recipient: Two simple hand movements are all it takes to open the transport securing device.
Available in two versions: Roll-Safe fixed remains on the container, Roll Safe flexible can be removed completely.
E.E: Comparison: what key features do your products / solutions have compared to others on the market?
They are more stable, more durable, provide optimum protection for the goods and are very easy to clean.
E.E: Feedback: what was the feedback from clients about your products / solutions?
Very good. Most customers emphasize the easy handling, the robustness of the panels, the stackability and the environmental aspect. It is also important to them that the roller containers no longer stick together in the warehouse when they are placed close together in the truck.
E.E: Are there any “buy-back”, upgrades or other opportunities available?
The panels are also available as Roll-Safe visible in a transparent version. This speeds up order picking even more and makes quality checks on the ramp much easier. The reusable solution is also extremely flexible and even more stable than the coloured structured chamber panels.
