EUROENGINEERING was born from the awareness of two companies operating for over 20 years in the sectors of industrial automation and facilitated finance, that it’s necessary to give simple and effective answers to the practical needs of clients’ company.

Interview with Andrea Scacchia – CEO of Euroengineering.

Easy Engineering: Tell us about some of the most successful project/projects from this year. 

Andrea Scacchia: 2022 can be defined as a very fruitful year for Euroengineering. What we have encountered has the main challenge consists in projects of industrial digitalization. It surely is a process that has been spoken of frequently. Therefore, let’s go more in the specific of what we do in terms of digitalization…. We carry out an accurate analysis of the AS IS and the TO BE. In other words, we identify the goals that a company wants to reach and through a specific model developed by us directly, we are able to define an useful roadmap for a company to get to a real digitalization of the whole industrial process. Through the technologies of the 4.0 industry, we guide the companies step by step not considering ourselves merely as suppliers but also and above all as strategic partners for a common growth. 

E.E: What were the challenges that you encountered?

Andrea Scacchia: When talking about digitalization most people  believe that introducing a software to handle their processes can solve most issues in the processes themselves. 

Unlikely this common thought, a software is nothing but a tool able to carry out a process modeling, tool that works well when the processes are well-functioning. Substantially, if a company does not optimize or try to make optimal their production processes, the software can’t solve the issue. 

It is for this exact reason that we have a flexible and open-minded approach which is not to sell a product, rather to identify the most suitable solution for our partners. 

E.E: How did you overcome the challenges?

Andrea Scacchia: Every challenge results easier when you can count on a multidisciplinary team with a client-centered attention and the ability to get into the processes with an innovative approach. The result is a two-way growth between Euroengineering and its clients. 

E.E: What ranges of products/solutions helped the beneficiary in the project/projects?

Andrea Scacchia: As anticipated above, the strength of Euroengineering isn’t the sale of a product but the research of suitable solutions that are tailor-made for the customer. 

This enables to get out of the classic scheme client-supplier and get to the winning paradigm of mutual growth. 

E.E: How were these products/solutions used to optimize the client’s business?

Andrea Scacchia: Our solutions enable from the very beginning to create value on the industrial data. The data is one thing that allows to measure and monitor all industrial processes. As someone once said ‘Data is the new Gold’, it is something that we strongly believe in. Through the creation of dashboards and customized reports we are able to measure the performance of a determined machinery in real time by releasing low value-added operators. 

What we guarantee through our solutions is essentially the possibility to focus on optimization of the production processes based on a wide and futuristic vision.

E.E: What innovative features do the products / solutions have?

Andrea Scacchia: The solutions we offer enable for the KPI and OEE to be seen at a glance.   In addition, personalized reports and parameters can be viewed in the immediate which allows to have an overall vision of what is happing within the business ecosystem. 

E.E: What products / solutions are you going to launch in the future?

Andrea Scacchia: Speaking of future, we are working on the potential of gathering of as much data as possible within a company.

This data enables the artificial intelligence algorithms to provide to a company the right guidelines based on verified and secure data.  

E.E: How will these products / solutions help future clients?

Andrea Scacchia: The approach we are adopting and the solutions we provide help the companies that we collaborate with in the perspective of being able to think strategically based on data that is safe and secure and therefore, avoid mistakes or errors of assessment when it comes to taking decisions on their production processes. 

E.E: What are your estimations for the end of the year?

Andrea Scacchia: 2022 has definitely been challenging as well as rewarding. In fact, the Alci Group has increased its turnover by an average of 35% compared to 2021.

The year should be concluding overall at 12 mln.
