Easy Engineering: What are the main areas of activity of the company?
Rieks Reyers: We are an equipment manufacturer and system integrator for bulk solids applications in Food, Chemical, Pharma, Petfood, Feed, Aquafeed and Recycling
By keeping production, engineering, automation, assembly, installation and commissioning in-house, we can guarantee quality and flexibility
We produce solutions for every step in bulk solids. Product intake, conveying & handling, feeding & weighing, mixing & processing, milling & grinding, sifting and packaging.
E.E: What’s the news about new products?
R.R: Dinnissen has implemented complete traceability for all parts of our machines and systems to comply with EU guideline 1935/2004.
We launched a micro dosing unit with accuracy of +/- 1 gram.
We developed a dynamic drying concept combining hot air with the horizontal dual paddle Pegasus mixer
E.E: What are the ranges of products?
R.R: Product intake: 25 kg bag opening cabinet, semi automatic bag opening systems, fully automatic bag opening systems up to 1200 bags per hour. Big bag unloading station. Drum and container handling.
Conveying & Handling: mechanical conveying (screw, belt, vibration) and pneumatic transport (dense phase, dilute phase, vacuum)
Dosing & Weighing: feeder valve, hoppers, loss in weight feeders
Mixing & Processing: Pegasus batch mixers, Pegasus continuous mixers, Pegasus vacuum coaters
Milling & Grinding: hammermills in steel and stainless steel, lump breaker, nibbler, roller mills, finisher, shredder
Sifters: centrifugal sifter, vibrating sifter, rotary drum sifter
Packaging: big bag filling station, bag in box packaging solution, drum or container filling
E.E: At what stage is the market where you are currently active?
R.R: The Food and Petfood markets continue to show robust growth. The global population is growing. There is more demand for food. Chemical is slowing down. Feed investments in APR are increasing.
E.E: What can you tell us about market trends?
R.R: Food customers are more and more focused on traceability. Are all product touching parts food grade? Recent food scandals have highlighted the focus on food safety. It is Dinnissen purpose to enable and efficient and reliable global food production to feed all people, pets and livestock on the planet. Now and in the future.
