DORSCH GLOBAL ENTERS NEXT CHAPTER WITH MORE CLOSELY LINKED CAPABILITIES AND A NEW EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP TEAM

Together we will build a sustainable tomorrow. This is the shared vision of all companies united under the roof of Dorsch Global. After a period of strong growth with several acquisitions, the worldwide leading planning and consulting company is strategically realigning its workstreams and services. With subsidiaries in over 50 countries and with around 7,200 employees, the company currently manages more than 12,000 projects, and generated a revenue of around 600 million euro in 2023.

To boost this realignment process, the former RSBG Infrastructure Technologies GmbH (RSINTEC) was renamed Dorsch Global GmbH at the end of 2023. As a subsidiary of RSBG SE, a holding company of the RAG-Stiftung, Dorsch Global will also step up its contribution to the purpose of the Foundation which is to fund the so-called perpetual obligations from German hard coal mining and to protect an intact environment.

Above and beyond this, Dorsch Global welcomed a new Global Executive Board in January to lead the company forward. The Board is made up of experienced insiders and long-time members of the management team: Ayman Haikal has assumed responsibility for the entire organisation as CEO (Chief Executive Officer), together with Tanja Baur as COO (Chief Operating Officer), and Jon Grady as CFO (Chief Financial Officer).

Olaf Hoffmann, previously CEO of RSINTEC, has been appointed Chairman of Dorsch Global as of 1 January 2024. He supports the Dorsch Global leadership team in an advisory role.

Dorsch Global’s objective is to provide innovative and comprehensive solutions to the complex infrastructural and social challenges faced by its clients and by communities in the different countries of our increasingly dynamic world. Landmark cities in Qatar, UAE and KSA, schools in Germany and Jordan, reforestation in the UAE and KSA, railways in Germany and Thailand, intelligent transportation in Ethiopia and Saudi Arabia, climate-proofing of roads in India, renewable energy powered water and waste water systems in Jordan, master planning for housing projects in the UK and Middle East, data centers for the high-tech industry in the USA, peacebuilding in Colombia, and socio-economic participation in Mali are just a few project examples realised by Dorsch Global and its companies.

In order to act globally on the basis of strong and trusted regional relations, Dorsch Global will maintain its international multi-brand strategy: in addition to numerous Dorsch branded subsidiaries in Africa, Asia, Middle East and Europe, Dorsch Global incorporates several  leading engineering and consulting companies with well-recognized expertise such as KREBS+KIEFER, spiekermann ingenieure, BLS ENERGIEPLAN, GRE German Rail Engineering, AHT and, AMBERO Consulting in Germany, ECG in Egypt, ALFATECH in the USA and Asia, McBains and genecon in the UK. The headquarters of Dorsch Global remain in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Olaf Hoffmann, Chairman of Dorsch Global is very pleased to hand over the management of the company to the new Dorsch Global Executive Board: “Our company has developed enormously over the past two decades. In 2023 alone, we have doubled our global team. The purpose of our company is to improve the living environment, and thus the future of many people around the world. This purpose is an ongoing commitment to a sustainable future and unites all companies under the umbrella of the RAG Foundation.”

CEO of Dorsch Global, Ayman Haikal: “In our global family at Dorsch Global, hailing experts from over 70 nations, we unite under a shared vision of building a sustainable tomorrow through innovation, collaboration and service excellence. This fuels our ability to consistently expand our services, our market sectors and significantly develop our skills to excel in our domains. Our current ambition is to grow our standing as a pioneering, sustainable and efficient planning and consulting company. In this way we will succeed together with our customers and partners in all 50 countries.”
