E.N.S. International is an Italian company specialized in the production of standard parts for moulds. E.N.S. founded in 2002, could seem a relatively young company but the four owners, who created it, were in this business from 20 years before. E.N.S. initially started with the production of guide pillars and bushes following only special projects with customer’s particular designs. Furthermore, they introduced a standard production suitable for all types of moulds such as in plastic sector, die-sets and die casting creating their catalogue. Now there is over 6000 items in the warehouse ready for delivery.
Among their production, the company can distinguish four main sectors called “CUSTOM” as the word says, for custom projects; “Euro” production for plastic and die-casting moulds; “ ISO” production for automotive and die casting moulds; “AUTO” specially for automotive field following the series items in line with DIN9833/VW39d969 together with WDX/AFNOR.
For the products “Euro”, the company makes the DLC treatment on the guide pillars needed for plastic molds. Instead for the guide elements sector “ISO” the company offers ball cages and roller ball cages to complete the sets.
Recently, the company has purchased 1.200 m2 of manufacturing area expanding from 3.000 to 4.200 m2 in order to invest more and more in new machinery, creating a more efficient service.
Together with the top management, for the last few years, their sons have also been working in the business and are already participating in the company decision-making.
