The second new product in 2024 is the mobile rotor bucket, specific for intensive use, with a bigger rotor to improve the performance. This is used in farm with bigger herd and in methanisation system to ensure the efficiency and decrease the number of bucket for the same quantity of product.

The main innovation of the year is the ProSweep Max. A sweeping and collecting machine for intensive sweeping operation. This machine is available in agriculture and industry range of products, used in farms, collectivities and industrials sites.

To finish, regarding the industry market, the Mely’Speed is the new mixer bucket with blades. Essential tool for the mix of all types of concrete, easy to handle and plug and play, the Mely’Speed offers total autonomy and performance on your sites.

E.E: What can you tell us about market trends?

S.H: In 2024, there is a slight decline in the European market, which is felt by all machinery manufacturers, in agriculture and industry. In the beginning of the year, there were a lot of protestations event for the farmers in Europe about their rights. The weather and the quantity of rain in some countries is also a reason of this slight market decrease.

In the same time, on other continent, there is a strong dynamic in countries like Canada, USA and Japan where Emily has strong partners. With such a large range of products, Emily is present on many markets and can react easily to market request.

This machine is equipped with two main innovation which are the Ijinius and the V-Cut System. The Ijinius is an autonomous system for automatic control of stopping and restarting of the conveyor chain and disengagement of the rotor, bringing comfort and security for the user. The V-Cut System enables to cut nets, tines, films and any bales blindings with two knives that are hydraulically driven and that cross each other. The success of the Vortex in France enables Emily to sell it internationally since beginning of 2024.
