The K2 system implemented in all our concrete batching plants, is an advanced concrete production control and smart supervision system that allows you to control production automatically, from start to end. 

Frumecar Cloud, a platform of advanced applications and systems, designed to optimize and manage concrete production companies. It offer, from the first minute, to the access and exploit all the essential information required by participants in the production and distribution of concrete, with any device connected to the Internet from anytime and anywhere.

RealScale, a control system ensuring that all components are weighed correctly in concrete preparations. Thus gives concrete manufacturers peace of mind, providing them with a real-time diagnosis of what is happening in their production at all times.

Digital twins allow operations that cannot be done in the plant under normal working conditions. It is used as a test bed, to simulate certain malfunctions, to find solutions and to anticipate scenarios. Thereby, it saves the resources that would have to be spent if these tests were done with the real plant and the cost that it would have to stop or delay the production of the plant. In addition, all the information on the operation of the plant can be transferred, its data analyzed, recovered and recreated in the virtual plant. 

The remote assistance, can reduce the time necessary to resolve the incident by 80%. In this way, any stoppages caused by the incident are minimal, ensuring that the plant resumes production within the shortest possible time. The use of this technology also provides a high level of autonomy to the client.

SecurData Frumecar, a complete automatic backup service that includes: secure and continuous protection of operational data, daily copies with automated backup with guarantee of restoration, support carried out by specialists of the sector, … and it´s valid with any process software that uses the plants. With this service Frumecar customers are confident that if something fails in their plant, it will work again within 24 hours without having to take care of anything.

E.E: What are the characteristics of these products / solutions?

FRUMECAR: The Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) allows us to use smart sensors to generate new and valuable information. For example, the set of sensors installed in our plants that feed data into the K2 of Frumecar control system.

The cloud storage enables the mass storage of all this data so that it is instantly accessible from anywhere for plant technicians and managers. As do the Frumecar Cloud applications.

The blockchain can provide unique value to our information management systems, equipping them with maximum security. Ensuring, for example, the traceability of the concrete manufacturing and delivery chain.

Software robots (chatbots) with artificial intelligence to provide technical support (remote assistance) and handle any customer incident, regardless of the time of the incident or location where your equipment is installed.

FRUMECAR: We want to continue to be a benchmark, solvent and guarantee company in the world of concrete, to continue associating our brand with the quality of the product and service. E.E: Tell us about product innovation and how does it impact the future?

FRUMECAR: We talk about plants and concrete mixers are permanently connected and transmitting information in real time to optimize the performance of your business, thanks the Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT); we refer to the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to improve the productivity, to benefit from applications and devices that facilitate the operation and maintenance of equipment and help train workers, taking advantage of the augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR).

E.E: How will product innovation help the customers?

FRUMECAR: R&D is the main gear of our value proposition. Our clients work with us because they consider us a partner that constantly adds value to them. Because we are starting to innovate to understand our customers’ needs better and what they need to become more efficient and guarantee the success of their business. Innovation at Frumecar is a transversal strategy in the company. Internally we investigate the implementation of new technologies and work systems in the industrial environment; we look for new ways to produce, use and commercialize products and services related to the world of construction and concrete.
