Air Vise & Workholding mainly serves machine shops that are looking to get into automated machine tending and are looking for a reliably way to hold their material. The vises are compact and integrate seamlessly with any Cobot or Robot. The vises utilize soft jaws to allow the end user to easily hold any part that fits in the 6”6 x 6” work space. Having two vises on a table can allow a robot to run a first and second operation at the same time ensuring every cycle end a completed part is done.
E.E: What’s the news about new products/services?
In the near future Air Vise will be releasing a dual station pneumatic vise that can be operated by a robot. We are also releasing in 2024 our own thru spindle coolant gripper. Allowing shops to utilize their own spindle as a robot.

Air Vises products include rotary and table vises designed for use in automation.
E.E: What is the state of the market where you are currently active?
As labor in the United States continues to become more unpredictable allowing your employees to spend their time where it needs to be spent is even more important. Utilizing Air Vises for automated machine tending can increase a shops production while allowing skilled employees to focus their time in other areas.

We feel 2024 will bring more growth in automated machine tending and the need for automated work holding to continue to grow.
