CleanAccess was founded in 2015. It is a Polish manufacturer of equipment and accessories for washing systems. The team consists of people with extensive experience in the field of hygiene and safety of produced food. The aim of the company’s activity is to create innovative solutions and products that will significantly increase hygiene standards in the food industry and various savings.
The company has its own design and research department, thanks to which it maintains influence on every stage of the production process. Starting from the selection of raw material, through design, testing, production and quality control. It has a modern machine park.
Almost all products from the CleanAccess offer are made of stainless steel or plastics intended for contact with food, with antimicrobial additives. The production department maintains due diligence in the production processes to comply with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
The idea to establish CleanAccess was created thanks to the related company – SALMON HYGIENE, which has been supplying food factories with hand hygiene tools and 5S and 6S shadow boards for 15 years.
The team actively participates in international trade fairs related to the food industry. The sales department also provides consulting and audit services. Together with TUV NORD specialists, trainings for food producers in the field of process hygiene are regularly organized.

CleanAccess: The main area of activity is cooperation with the food industry, especially in the area related to maintaining hygiene in plants that must meet stringent international standards. CleanAccess is a manufacturer of equipment for Cleaning Systems and provides consulting services in the field of equipment selection and hygiene processes.
E.E: What’s the news about new products?
CleanAccess: In 2022, a modern line of satellites “Clean FOAM” (cleaning and sanitizing function devices) was designed and launched to the market. These products are designed for medium or low water pressure, for central or decentral dosing of chemical agents. Their shape and design ensure easy, safe and hygienic use. Along with the development of satellites, the offer of pump stations for boosted water pressure is rapidly expanding, in particular products with full archiving of media consumption data (water and energy)
The second line of products that was implemented in 2022 is the series of female quick couplers and lances “SAVE WATER”. They save water, and thus produce less wastewater. They also protect the washing system against unauthorized use. Water consumption in production processes in the food industry is significant but necessary, and the use of these products allows you to eliminate waste and bad habits of employees.
E.E: What are the ranges of products?
CleanAccess: CleanAccess offers OPC* systems for cleaning food plants using the medium pressure (up to 25 bar/360 PSI) – booster pumps, prediluted systems, pipe installations, Satellites (rinsing, foaming and sanitizing function devices), antimicrobial hygienic hoses, lockable canister holders and other accessories. The offer also includes equipment for low pressure cleaning (using city network water), which is also an important element of equipment for food plants.

E.E: At what stage is the market where you are currently active?
CleanAccess: The company operates on the domestic and foreign markets. CleanAccess has many distributors and the brand is beginning to be recognized among the largest players in the food industry around the world. Participation in international trade fairs related to the food industry allows us to constantly expand the group of recipients. In addition, our polish food market in Poland is very developed and demanding and at the same time the demand for hygiene solutions is huge. This motivates us to deliver products of the highest quality
E.E: What can you tell us about market trends?
CleanAccess: Quality and hygiene standards are constantly increasing. There is also a growing awareness of producers about the need to save water, not to pollute the environment, and to save raw materials. The trend in the industry is to care for ecological and economical solutions. On the other hand, the trend in the production of equipment is durable products, safe for food and employees, easy and intuitive to use and service.
E.E: What are the most innovative products marketed?
CleanAccess: The entire CleanAccess offer is based on innovative products, refined in terms of technology, quality and hygiene. Thanks to this, a group of ultra-safe products was created, which are under the ULTRA HYGIENIC® +Safety First brand. They are colour-coded, detectable by metal detectors and X-Ray, antimicrobial, and extremely durable and hygienic.
CleanAccess products are supposed to be durable, safe and intuitive to use. The high quality of the products has been confirmed by winning 1st place in the TUV NORD “Supermen of Quality” plebiscite.
E.E: What estimations do you have for 2023?
CleanAccess: The year 2023 will be a very difficult and demanding year. On the one hand, the rising costs associated with high inflation, on the other hand, the challenges posed by the food market. However, thanks to our unconventional approach to the customer and the implementation of products that give measurable value to the industry, including the measurement and savings water and energy, we believe that 2023 will be a year of many successes and new business experiences.
