DATA LOGGING SYSTEMS is an innovative, wireless, modular data logging system for essential vehicle dynamics parameters recording and analysis in dedicated application. Thanks to wireless technology the products give more time for testing significantly reducing time and therefore costs of measurement preparation. Modules are lightweight, ergonomic to operate and easy to mount.
Easy Engineering: What are the main areas of activity of the company?
DATA LOGGING SYSTEMS: We are offering vehicle data acquisition products and services in area of various vehicles research & development as well as testing/tuning for motorsport applications. Our products allow for essential vehicle dynamics measurements, that are location, position, linear and rotational speeds, accelerations, as well as temperatures and wireless distance measurements. Our In-House developed AHRS (Atittude Heading Reference System) adds up precision and premium features to the product to satisfy also needs in other branches of transportation development.
E.E: What’s the news about new products?
DATA LOGGING SYSTEMS: Main feature is wireless and live connection between main module (HUB) and sensors modules, that are GPS (secondary AHRS device for appropriate accuracy), PIR (thermal camera module) and ToF (wireless and contactless dynamic distance measurements). Its huge advantage is saving mounting time, that normally takes a while and its cost. Thanks to that engineers receive additional time for testing or another important activity. Additionally, users are unlimited in configuring the devices for their testing requirements.
Apart from typical setup for a passenger car, that would be:
- 1x HUB main required module – for basic vehicle dynamics measurements, HMI etc.
- 1x GPS for accurate vehicle slip angle measurement
- 4x PIR for tyres temperature measurements
- 4x ToF for suspension travel measurement

- 1x ToF for brake pedal travel measurement,
- user can choose for instance HUB and just 4x ToF for active suspension testing and development.
