INTERVIEW WITH DRY ICE ENERGY

Dry Ice Energy is a young, dynamic and modern company based in Berlin. With their patented, uniquely compact and lightweight dry ice blasting machines, Dry Ice Energy makes the advantages of dry ice cleaning usable everywhere for the first time.

All types of dirt such as oils, fats, other organic adhesions and germs (bacteria, mold and viruses) can be thoroughly removed from almost all surfaces without water or aggressive chemicals!

With the dry ice blasting machines, there are no limits to the areas of application. Customers confirm time savings of 30-50 percent when using our machines.

Normally, dry ice machines are very large and heavy, and therefore unwieldy. The company has created a solution for this.

In addition to the machines, Dry Ice Energy also produces high-quality dry ice.

Easy Engineering: What are the main areas of activity of the company?

Dry Ice Energy: That’s exactly the point. There are no limitations for this. From cleaning the engine of a luxury car to cleaning a doctor’s office or industrial machinery, our machines can be used for anything.

E.E: What’s the news about new products?

Dry Ice Energy: We want to constantly develop further, which is why we naturally continue to work on our products. The machines are basically becoming more and more manageable and lighter. However, since we also have customers who need even larger machines to clean larger areas, we are currently working on a more powerful and larger machine.

E.E: What are the ranges of products?

Dry Ice Energy: We have four super compact machines in our range. They differ from the jet strength, the dry ice tank and the use of possible additives. We also offer dry ice from our own production. In addition to the dry ice products, we also offer a highly innovative anti-germ coating. With this coating, surfaces can be protected from bacteria and germs for up to 6 months and longer.

E.E: At what stage is the market where you are currently active?

Dry Ice Energy: I think there is still a lot of potential, because many are not yet familiar with our products. In Germany, we are already somewhat well-known in the automotive industry, but there is still more room in other sectors. A lot is currently being built abroad, starting with the USA and ending with the Arab Emirates. It remains exciting.

E.E: What can you tell us about market trends?

Dry Ice Energy: I think a big point is environmental friendliness when developing products. We were also aware of this, which is why we pay attention to it.

Basically, one can say that more and more companies are relying on smaller, more precise and more digital products. The work has to be faster and easier.
