Stefano DI LEO: We operate in 3 main core fields:

- Industries: All types of industries 20%
- Others: Universities, primary sector 20%
E.E: What’s the news about new products?
S.D.L: Developing a new range of “intelligent” products with NFC technology, safety cabinets with an automatic inventory management. We have just won the 2023 trophy “Innovative Product Development” at Forum Labo in Paris this April.
E.E: What are the ranges of products?
S.D.L: We can define our range of products with the following main categories:
- Safety cabinets,
- Fume hoods,
- Safety showers,
- Security products.
E.E: At what stage is the market where you are currently active?
S.D.L: Laboratory market is a mature market, where Ecosafe is one of the top leading brands. Market for lithium batteries cabinets is a new market where Ecosafe is at the top of it even if we do not have proper normative yet. Cabinets with NFC technology are a brand new market and all the applications that can be done with this innovative technology are not well known yet.
E.E: What can you tell us about market trends?
S.D.L: Laboratory market is stable, the market for lithium batteries cabinets is growing exponentially thanks to the numerous applications of this type of batteries. The market for NFC technology is a new trend with huge potentials.
E.E: What are the most innovative products marketed?

E.E: What estimations do you have for 2023?
S.D.L: For the year 2023, we plan to consolidate us as top leader in lithium battery cabinets, to better develop the new intelligent storage technology and of course, to achieve all our goals!
