Easy Engineering: What are the main areas of activity of the company?
ELYSATOR: We are active in heating and cooling system. But we are also intensively engaged in the circulation systems of engines, machines and in the field of cleaning. In our house we not only have the manufacturing, with the R&D department we always stay up to date with our equipment. The spectrum is wide. Our customer describes the problems to us and we deliver solutions.
E.E: What’s the news about new products?
ELYSATOR: In 2022, we have already introduced a new device with the H2O GUARD 60v. This device has at least 4 functions for filtration and stabilization of circulating water. Optionally, it can be upgraded with other functions. We may certainly present two more devices. The H2O DESAL master will be a mobile hyperfiltration that sets new standards.
E.E: What are the ranges of products?
ELYSATOR: We specialize in a niche of water treatment. In this niche we can safely say that we have one of the widest ranges of equipment and options. Due to our competence, we can also react very specifically to unusual requirements. We want to have the right device on the market for all applications. We have with our smallest disposable cartridge the possibility to fill an iron for the steam water but can also supply industrial plants with our mobile trailer. No matter how big and whether old or new.
E.E: At what stage is the market where you are currently active?
ELYSATOR: Our market, energy efficiency, is gaining attention every day. For almost all applications, it is becoming more important to achieve high performance with the least possible effort. That’s why our team is challenged every day. Of course, we are also struggling with the current conditions. Raw materials are a scarce commodity, energy for manufacturing the products is expensive. Electronic parts are almost unavailable, and all these issues do not make it easy for us.
E.E: What can you tell us about market trends?
ELYSATOR: We believe that, on the one hand, the consumption of energy, regardless of the source, must be further optimized, and there is a lot of potential there. Furthermore, the monitoring and control of our devices will be demanded more and more. That is why we are currently investing heavily in the field of electronics.
E.E: What are the most innovative products marketed?
ELYSATOR: With hyperfiltration, reverse osmosis, we become cheaper and more ecological. Furthermore, we can further increase the protection in the plants by our new devices that are installed in the circuit. More functions equal more efficiency and protection.
E.E: What estimations do you have for 2022?
ELYSATOR: We believe in our market and also in humanity that our topic is still important. What we cannot estimate is how the availability of materials will continue to develop. If the demand for our devices is there but we don’t get material to make something, it will be difficult. The development in this area is almost impossible to estimate and changes every day. Unfortunately, of course, the prices of raw materials are also rising and that doesn’t make things any easier. But we are positive and always looking for solutions.
