Emes was established in 1998 in Turkey and exports to 14 dealerships in the country and 65 countries abroad. The company’s main activity is the production and sale of industrial wheels.
Emes manufactures, supplies and sells standard machinery equipment. In addition, the company entered the market as one of the leading manufacturers in Turkey in the production and sale of polyurethane forklift wheels.
In the 9.000 m2 closed area, all products are produced in European standards. In accordance with ISO standards, Emes offers the best service to their customers, aiming at absolute customer satisfaction with the 160 employees and with an understanding of quality first.

Easy Engineering: What are the main areas of activity of the company?
Ayten Nayir: Design and production of industrial and furniture wheels, production, supply and sale of standard machinery equipment, production and sale of polyurethane forklift wheels.
E.E: What’s the news about new products?
A.N: We completed our preparations for the facility 2 years ago and this year we entered both domestic and international markets with our new product, polyurethane forklift wheels. In addition, we presented new products in the field of industrial wheels and medical wheels to the taste and sale of our customers.
E.E: What are the ranges of products?
A.N: Industrial castors and wheels, standard machine elements, battery forklift wheels.
E.E: At what stage is the market where you are currently active?
A.N: We serve in Turkey and World markets. We export to 65 countries in continents such as Europe, Africa and the Balkans.
E.E: What can you tell us about market trends?
A.N: Although competition is high in the market, companies that offer quality at an affordable price win. However, China’s cheap price policy forces us European manufacturers at some points. Our policy; From the moment we were founded, to deliver the best quality product at the most affordable price and in the shortest time without compromising on quality.
E.E: What are the most innovative products marketed?
A.N: We produce industrial type wheels, but we also produce exclusive special products that our customers demand, which differs from our competitors. We will have new projects on medical wheels to meet the demand in the medical field. We will be one of the first manufacturers in our field with polyurethane forklift wheels.
E.E: What estimations do you have for 2022?
A.N: The past 2 years have been a difficult time for the World due to Covid and economic problems. In 2022, demand increased in world trade, but raw material and logistics problems began to be seen. For these reasons, companies began to have difficulties in meeting the increasing demand. We think that 2022 will continue with such uneven ups and downs. We think that as of the first quarter of 2023, an improvement in world trade will begin.
