Easy Engineering: What are the main areas of activity of the company?

Engineered Fluids: We are an independent manufacturer of Single-Phase Dielectric Coolants and produce hardware that supports the implementation and operation of our fluids. It is a simple, efficient, and inexpensive method of cooling electrical components, devices, and sub-systems by fully immersing the device directly into a single-phase dielectric heat transfer fluid. It is either passively circulated by the natural convection of the heated coolant or actively circulated by pumping the dielectric coolant in, through and around the electrical device being cooled, and then transferring the heat absorbed by the coolant to a heat rejection device such as a radiator, dry cooler, liquid-to-liquid heat exchanger, or cooling tower.

Engineered Fluids: We are constantly developing innovative solutions for new markets. The use of our fluids is in great demand, with new requests coming in daily for countless applications. 

Our products are used in the Marine industry, Data Centers, Crypto Mining, Automotive, (Battery-cooling and E-vehicles) as well as light manufacturers and watchmakers. 

With a 25-year shelf life and a ten-year operating life, our fluids dramatically reduce ongoing maintenance costs in all environments. 

E.E: What are the ranges of products? 

Engineered Fluids: We offer the following products:

BitCool: Predominantly used for Crypto Mining – this fluid is the most prevalent coolant in this market. To complement, we offer our customers a full engineered turnkey solution for their cryptomining immersion needs.

ElectroCool: Used for Data Centers, General Electronics as well as Servers. Engineered Fluids Dielectric Coolants are the simplest and most reliable way of ensuring that electronics remain at their optimum operating temperatures without the need to use fans, complex designs, and the limitations of air as a cooling medium. 

AmpCool: Primarily used for Battery Cooling, high-powered electric vehicles, aircrafts, marine propulsion systems, as well as the accompanying power storage and motor controller technologies. 

VoltCool: For use in high-voltage power applications. Unlike competitive dielectric fluids made with mineral oils, Engineered Fluids’ VoltCool products have no sulfur, metals, or other impurities.

Submerge Deep: Used in Subsea applications like Remote Operated Vehicles, while creating a safer and environmentally friendly

Underwater application.

Engineered Fluids: Looking at the multiple markets we are active in, Crypto Mining is the most established. The automotive industry as well as Data Centers are both in development stages and appear to be very promising and lucrative. Subsea is still in its early stages.

Engineered Fluids: In today’s society and market, everyone tends to be trend followers. Air cooling is becoming something of the past and the new trend is immersion cooling. 

Although there is always fear of the unknown, people are drawn towards this new technology. They are aware of the viable benefits incurred when cooling electrical components via immersion, both from a cost and operational perspective.

Engineered Fluids: We believe that our complete cooling portfolio is very innovative, and fits in today’s market requirements. Not only is our fluid more efficient and helps reduce operational costs, but it contributes towards a cleaner and greener environment.

Engineered Fluids: The opportunities for immersion cooling are infinite. We will continue to target and serve industries where our dielectric fluids will be beneficial.
