The origins of the company are in 1980s. The main activity of the company was focused on pig farm equipment. In 1990s the investment was done in resources, restructuring process including automatization of manufacture, to let them expand at more than 70 countries around the world.
Its owner, the General Director, Valentí Guitart Figueroa, has focused these last few years of the company on the implementation and adaptation of fully automated farms. A need for exhaustive control has been generated for an improvement in the efficiency and control of pig production. FmGrupo has incorporated its App with a 3D product and applied to Virtual Reality.

- Poultry equipment (complete system for layers & breeders with our Central Nest) feeding and drinking line.
- Ventilation system (cooling PVC and Stainless Steel)
- Climate controllers (for ventilation, heating, cooling, alarms …)

E.E: At what stage is the market where you are currently active?
V.G.F: We are active in all range, pig-poultry equipment and ventilation-climate control.
E.E: What can you tell us about market trends?
V.G.F: Increasingly the market trend is to fully automate the farm, for an improvement in productivity. Incorporating new technologies to this sector.
E.E: What are the most innovative products marketed?
V.G.F: Taking into account the trend of recent years. The products that have the most output are air conditioning regulators, and farm control. The METROSIL (easy measure to use and install to control on time the capacity of Silo feed).
Very important product is the air conditioning, ventilation, incorporating all the remote controllers.
Of course, all the pig equipment always is our TOP sales (eeders, feeding line, drinking line)
E.E: What estimations do you have for 2023?
V.G.F: After the entire period of the rising on prices of feed, electricity, components that affect very directly in terms of farm costs. The market has been affected by this situation. However, in 2023 the situation is stabilized and we hope that in the second half of the year the sector will improve.
By the way, our international market is growing in many markets, and the predictions are very positive.
