Fogco Acquisition Co., LLC is a manufacturer of high-pressure fog climate and environmental control equipment used for both indoor and outdoor cooling, humidification, special effects, and dust and odour control.

FOGCO: Fogco primarily pursues commercial and industrial applications in a variety of industries where the previously stated types of climate and environmental controls are needed. Our activities include both system design and custom manufacturing that results in build -to-suit turn-key solutions. Fogco also manufactures and carries a wide range of stock products for more straight forward designs and applications.
E.E: What’s the news for 2021 about new products?
FOGCO: We have created a new portable cooling/dust control product with an integrated variable speed fan and high pressure pump built around a mobile cart for indoor and outdoor applications. The demand for this item is significantly increasing as there is not a comparable product on the market.
E.E: What are the ranges of products?
FOGCO: Our product range consists of all the necessary components for a standard or custom designed climate or environmental control system including pumps, tubing, fittings, nozzles and where applicable, a full range of proprietary fan products. We also carry an industrial fogcannon line of products capable of throwing fog from 50-500’.
E.E: At what stage is the market where you are currently active?
FOGCO: Some of our markets are considered mature and have existed for 30+ years. Others, like odor and dust control, are more recent markets in the environmental control industries and show consistent growth due to various environmental and regulatory developments. Fogco was one of the original pioneers in these markets and is still a leader today by introducing innovative and quality products based upon consumer demand.

FOGCO: We are seeing more interest in custom turn-key solutions that provide automation and can be easily integrated into existing facilities. We are also seeing an increase in demand for solutions in specific industries where dust and odor control have become a focus due to regulatory requirements.
E.E: What are the most innovative products marketed?
FOGCO: Our portable cooling/dust control product (called Fogcannon HP) is a unique and versatile product that is truly innovative in the markets we pursue. In addition, our FogCannon product line, developed for large outdoor dust control applications, is also very unique in the construction, mining, and waste industries
E.E: What estimations do you have for 2021?
FOGCO: We anticipate continual growth for 2021 and expect to see a 20 to 30% increase. This growth has been consistent over the years as a result of a well-known brand, focus on innovation, and providing solutions to new OSHA, EPA, and market regulations.
