E.E: What’s the news for 2021 about new products?
T.K: The 2020s are in the age of the pandemic: following this dramatic situation worldwide, Helios develops and offers reliable ventilation solutions for your hygiene concept – the Helios AntiVirus range: detection > ventilation > air purification!
E.E: What are the ranges of products?
T.K: The range of Helios extends from mini fans for the domestic market to complete systems for commercial and industrial applications.
Innovative fan technology coupled with highly efficient components and accessories lead our products to set completely new standards in the sector of balanced ventilation.

E.E: At what stage is the market where you are currently active?
T.K: Generally, a clean and comfortable indoor climate is in focus worldwide – so we are in a lucky situation that the demand of efficient and reliable ventilation develops itself and requires more and more premium quality products/systems from Helios.
E.E: What can you tell us about market trends?
T.K: Beside the actual situation to create a healthy indoor environment against SARS-CoV-2 there’s a clear trend to implement ventilation into the smartHOME and smartBuilding technology. Moreover, the topic of “energy saving” is becoming increasingly important and thus also systems with heat recovery.
E.E: What are the most innovative products marketed?
T.K: Our innovative philosophy to be able to solve most of the ventilation problems in domestic, commercial and industrial applications is the driving force in our daily business.
In times of the pandemic, ventilation solutions were especially for schools sought to ensure healthy air quality in the long term.

Our FDR absolute humidity control system is made to be paired with our high efficient EC-fans of all kind and is used to dehumidify all those buildings, where moisture can cause problems for people, buildings, storage items or furnishing.
E.E: What estimations do you have for 2021?
T.K: A clear estimation is not possible in these crazy days. Personally, we hope to continue our efforts successfully and create a win-win situation for both, our clients and Helios! The most important thing is that we all stay healthy. And healthy air is one of the most important parts of this. Let us therefore make the buildings fit for the future.
