Inelco Grinders: We are providing welders worldwide a safer work environment due to our Tungsten grinders being the safest, eco-friendly, cost-effective, and high-quality option that guarantees precisely ground electrodes every time.

Inelco Grinders: To ensure our position in the market, we are constantly improving our products. At Inelco Grinders we never stop challenging ourselves to create better grinders. We take pride in delivering premium quality in everything we do.
E.E: What are the ranges of products?
Inelco Grinders: Our products include our Ultima-TIG line, also consisting of Ultima-TIG-S and Ultima-TIG-Cut.
Ultima-TIG is our stationary wet grinder of Tungsten electrodes with maximum Ø 4.0mm that ensures precise grinding at the correct angle and perfect centring of the tip of the electrode. It grinds down to 8 mm which results in minimal electrode waste.
Ultima-TIG-Cut is equipped with the same characteristics as the Ultima-TIG; however, it also contains a cutting function that avoids the electrode splitting.
Ultima-TIG-S is our stationary wet grinder for Tungsten electrodes with maximum Ø 8.0mm.
Neutrix is our hand-held and portable dry grinding machine for grinding of Tungsten electrodes, perfect for field welding. This grinder improves in-field grinding of electrodes with a dust filter and dust collector, ensuring a safer grinding environment for the welder.
One of our add-ons for the Ultima-TIG line is the AutoGrind Digital, which ensures an automatic grinding, resulting in a shorter grinding time as well as a better ergonomic solution for the user when grinding many electrodes. Moreover, our Truncator add-on is a separate module, which ensures precise truncation of ground Tungsten electrodes and eliminates the risk of melting of the tip into the weld pool, causing contamination.
E.E: At what stage is the market where you are currently active?
Inelco Grinders: At the moment, we are looking to innovate and improve even further on our current products, as well as continue our sustainability journey.
E.E: What can you tell us about market trends?
Inelco Grinders: We can see the shift towards industry 4.0, in which there is an increase in automatic and robotic welding that requires and demands precision and repeatability. We can meet these requirements with our precision grinding of Tungsten electrodes.
E.E: What are the most innovative products marketed?
Inelco Grinders: Our Ultima-TIG and its add-ons has brought a safer work environment to the welder, which we are very proud of. Our Ultima-TIG line is equipped with the unique disposable container that collects the toxic grinding dust, the sealed grinding chamber, and the variable angle setting, and so on. The Ultima-TIG line is amongst the safest, most user-friendly, and environmentally conscious on the market today.
E.E: What estimations do you have for 2022?
Inelco Grinders: In 2021, we welcomed a new sales manager for Germany so we are excited to see an expansion in the German market in 2022 as well as our sales manager for foreign markets can put his focus on other areas.
