NIMMSTA develops the world’s first backhand scanner with touch display for FREEHAND SCANNING, which extremely simplifies workflows, especially in the logistics sector. The HS 50 is a small, lightweight, smart backhand scanner that can be easily integrated into the customer’s system. The HS 50 makes searching for the scanner, capturing the barcode and then putting the scanner down again to pick up the goods a thing of the past. Scanning and reading of information takes place in the working movement. The trigger button for scanning is simply activated with the thumb. The ergonomic fixation on the back of the hand leaves both hands free to grip the goods.
Based on their many years of experience in the product development of industrial PC’s in their engineering office of the company AFR Engineering GmbH, the idea of NIMMSTA was then born in 2019. They founded the engineering office in 2009.
There are two managing directors, Florian is the technical head behind the whole project NIMMSTA and Andi primarily takes care of marketing and sales.
