PUREVI is a Spanish brand specialized in distribution of sanitizing and aromatization products. Easy Engineering: What are the main areas of activity of the company? PUREVI: Our main activities are focused in sanitizing and air freshening products, designed to be used in business or homes. We offer a wide variety of products suitable for all types of spaces and needs. We want to provide quality products to all our customers in the national market who need to guarantee a correct and exhaustive hygiene of their spaces, such as homes, shopping centers, restaurants, hotels, stores, hairdressing salons, supermarkets, gyms, and all those who are looking for scented and sanitized environments. E.E: What’s the news for 2021 about new products? PUREVI: We offer sanitizing products of all kinds, from alcohol gels, sanitary dispensers, bacteriostatic, air fresheners, nebulizers and everything necessary for an environment to be properly sanitized and odor free. However, we would like to highlight our automatic soap dispensers, which we offer in gel and foam formats, which save up to 40% compared to traditional liquid soaps. These soap dispensers, also available in pedestals for hydroalcoholic gel, contain valves that prevent product waste and are very easy to clean and refill. The automaticity of these dispensers provides even more security to customers, since they have a sensor that does not require contact to be used, which makes them ideal for hotels, companies, offices, commercial locals, hostelry, gyms, etc. E.E: What are the ranges of products? PUREVI: We offer a wide range of products and fragrances available for our customers. We have products suitable for business like shopping centers, restaurants, hotels, stores, hairdressing salons, supermarkets, gyms, between others, and also homes. E.E: At what stage is the market where you are currently active? PUREVI: We are currently distributing our products in our national market to all our customers who need to guarantee a proper sanitization of their spaces. According to a study conducted by the Spanish consulting firm Kantar in June of this year, sales of home care products increased by 9.8%, correlating with people’s growing concern for hygiene and cleanliness due to the pandemic. We are aware how much the market we work in has grown, and we are completely prepared to face that demand. E.E: What can you tell us about market trends? PUREVI: Specially after the Coronavirus crisis began, we’ve seen how much the products we offer are demanded by the market. We believe this trend came to stay, since certain businesses such as airlines, gyms, shopping malls, hotels, among others, will have to meet the demands of their customers, who have already changed the way they see and face the new reality created by the coronavirus. According to the same study mentioned before, with the importance of hand washing sales of soaps and shower gels accelerated, growing from 6% to 16%. Also, a study by KPMG, assured that “the psychological impact of the pandemic has made personal safety the purchasing factor that has grown the most both in Spain and globally (60% and 56% growth, respectively). Ensuring compliance with safety measures, both in terms of disinfection and distance in the physical store, will be essential for consumers who are very concerned about their health and health safety”. This is just an example to show how important our work is. E.E: What are the most innovative products marketed? PUREVI: Among our wide range of products, we would like to highlight our auto sanitizers, which cleans up to two urinals or toilets at a time. These sanitizers eradicate the proliferation of germs and bacteria by removing bad odors, ensuring deep cleaning of plumbing, bathrooms and urinals. This exclusive bacteriostatic formula contains a two-in-one refill which cleanses, perfumes, always generating a visible foam. E.E: What estimations do you have for 2021? PUREVI: We believe that, even if sanitized environments have always been essential, this trend has come to stay forever. People have never been so conscious regarding sanitized spaces and this is a demand that will stay in people’s mindset indefinitely.
