Remaches Tudela S.L. is a production reality in the manufacture of fastening systems since 1982, with plants in Spain and China, capable to meet the requirements of price, range and quality of the market. 800 types of standard rivets, structural rivets, more than 300 measures of rivets nuts, tools for the application of rivets and rivet nuts, in manual, pneumatic and battery version.
Easy Engineering: What are the main areas of activity of the company?
REMACHES TUDELA: The 80% of our production is exported to over 30 different countries worldwide. All rivets are produced according to ISO standards, with a perfect quality control from the production to the delivery to our customers. Remaches Tudela S.L. has a production plant in Navarra (Spain), with a floor area of 2.000 m², specialized in the manufacturing of painted rivets, peel and extra long peel and an important production plant in China Remaches Tudela Asia Co., Ltd., with a 20.000 m² establishment where is concentrated the production of all standard fasteners and rivet nuts according to our designs and with the supervision of our skilled technicians. For all these reasons Remaches Tudela S.L. is an expanding reality that offers an excellent quality, convenient prices and an incomparable service.
E.E: What’s the news for 2021 about new products?
REMACHES TUDELA: For this year we have launched a full rivet battery tool range named IERO and a new catalogue with an extend special riveting fasteners.
E.E: What are the ranges of products?
REMACHES TUDELA: Remaches Tudela, offer one of the widest range of rivets in the market, from Standard Type, Peel Type, Painted Rivets, Sealed Type. And we have a large special and structural rivet range, including high strength rivets, speed rivets, lockbolts and much more!
In addition to rivets, we have an extend range of rivet nuts and riveting tools.
In Remaches Tudela, we can develop against drawing or specific necessities of our customers any type of fixation.

REMACHES TUDELA: The market we are involved is continually changing, and we have to be fast to follow the new necessities of this dynamic market.

REMACHES TUDELA: From our point of view market trends in our sector are similar than other markets and it is means we need to offer more and more technology in our processes, nowadays it only not enough to use a product, we have to know exactly all technical features before, during and after installation and due to is necessary to improve our technology in the manufacturing process, products and in the installation machinery.

REMACHES TUDELA: It depends of field, you can find a very small rivet with a very light technical features and in the opposite side you can find a big and hard rivet but not only about resistance and size it is possible to find special rivets, also about materials and coatings are constantly appearing new options, and it is because our customers are constantly innovation in their processes and products and we have to commit al requests of them.
E.E: What estimations do you have for 2021?
REMACHES TUDELA: In my opinion, this year will be a year of transition marked by Covid pandemic and dependent of vaccines, so that we cannot do big forecasts.
I am totally sure of one thing, companies with heavy loads and inflexibility policies will have serious problems, nowadays we are on time of fast changes and we have to adapt like chameleons to survive.
