Easy Engineering: What are the main areas of activity of the company?
R+M de Wit: Producing and inventing cleaning solutions for a high pressure usage. The aim is to support manufacturers and retailers with components they need for assembling and repairing high pressure machines worldwide. As well as delivering third party components for the retail market. The goal is to provide everything in good quality Made in Germany and a fair price.
E.E: What’s the news for 2021 about new products?
R+M de Wit: Extending our range in foaming equipment and the brand of injectors for the agriculture and food processing market, together with the certificated equipment meeting the requirements of (EC) No. 2002/72, (EU) No. 10/2011, (EG) No. 1935/2004 and Regulation (EG) No. 2023/2006.
Our brand easyfoam365+ together with the hose range PUReClean365+ meeting this requirement full and are tested and used under the hardest conditions in the industry.
E.E: What are the ranges of products?
R+M de Wit: Our range provides everything water based on a high pressure cleaner, with some sprouts into electrical and vacuum cleaner parts. Starting from the low pressure side with filters and connectors to the water tap followed up by components like pumps, unloader valves and switches. Going into the big sector of hand held equipment like hoses in all type of colors and special ability’s the by our most known products the Suttner washing guns and ending with lances nozzles and rotating nozzles. For example, constructing a clean park is the easiest with our matching components, from sealing booms to carpet beater.
The whole range to build up machines and maintaining these mixes together with good technical data base and how to videos on you tube, so that we could provide a good service for all customers.
E.E: At what stage is the market where you are currently active?
R+M de Wit: The market is a niche and will it forever be, to clean something is always needed and most of the time a not to be neglected mandatory. We and our customers are aware of this and work together for a clean solution. We are needed so that the real work can be done.
E.E: What can you tell us about market trends?
R+M de Wit: The trend for the last 5-6 years and still going on is the usage of cleaning detergents and therefore foaming in every form and nearly every purpose. If you think of self-service car washes, it was a big deal for the whole branch in bringing high quality foam lances into the boxes. Nowadays nobody can construct such a place without thinking about a foaming solution, from Russia to Amerika foaming is what keeps the customer interested and the owner happy. This is why R+M Suttner is proud to be one of the first on the market worldwide to have contributed to this.
E.E: What are the most innovative products marketed?
R+M de Wit: In our opinion, the savior and usage of less water together with keeping the results on the high standard like they are now, is the most important thing. Therefore, we work hard on the solution in reducing waste water in the future and optimizing chemical usage.
E.E: What estimations do you have for 2021?
R+M de Wit: Like 2020 it is very difficult to say what would be the outcome in 2021. We are optimistic that investing money in R&D pays of in the long way as well as optimizing our production process with modern machinery. But only the future will tell if these steps were enough to bring 2021 to a successful end.
