SAECLIMBER: Rack and pinion is our life, therefore we can propose to customers any type of solutions in height, even the ones that competitors thought impossible, as we have clearly demonstrated in years of activity.

We have also a department which make design and production of special equipment tailor made on customer’s request.

E.E: What’s the news for 2021 about new products?
SAECLIMBER: We have recently developed a 3 tons single and twin cage P&M hoist with high speed. The intention is to increase this line and also to have more attention to the energy saving in this type of equipment
We have launched as well the twin mast transport platforms line, the PH10 twin 2 tons capacity and the PH20 twin 4 tons capacity and this line as well will be expanded.
A very big mast climber was also developed, the P45/S up to 18 m length in single mast layout, that is one of the best result in this category worldwide.

E.E: What are the ranges of products?
SAECLIMBER: SAEclimber range of products is one of the widest in the market, in reality, not in world only.
Hoist and transport platforms go from 300 Kg up to 6 tons from the small PH5 single phase and very compact machine up to the E30 twin cage.
Mast climbers goes from the small for very narrow spaces to be installed to the huge P50 that can achieve 40 m length 250 m height and 8 tons capacity.
As said before, we can also make special tailor made equipment according to customers need.
E.E: At what stage is the market where you are currently active?
SAECLIMBER: The market stage, is at the moment still carry on even the COVID lock down and critical situations, but new projects are hold on for the moment waiting certainty and stability.
The Covid created a slowing of developing that was good and in positive trend before the pandemic
Market and development need stability and certainty. All sectors operators says that when stability will be reached, the market trend will jump again.
E.E: What can you tell us about market trends?
SAECLIMBER: The trend is to use rack and pinion systems more and more for big load applications especially in high rise buildings or big job sites.
There is a trend in going into small machines as well for city job sites.
In fact, in some countries, there are government incentives for users that renovates their buildings or apartments and therefore the request of small and medium size equipment is increasing and creating, therefore, a need of new machines in the market.

SAECLIMBER: SAEclimber is well know for innovative solutions.
SAEclimber Multimast systems for demolition of chimneys, piles or stacks is well known by world customers as the most competitive and cost-effective solution when you have to demolish a chimney starting from 70 m up to 250m height no matter the diameter.
We have also developed a special inclined machine to renovate the cooling towers.
Adaptation to the curvature and inclination of tower is the strong point.

E.E: What estimations do you have for 2021?
SAECLIMBER: As said before, it depends form the COVID situation.
If we can reach in the late spring 2021, a certain stability due to the big vax campaign, the market will jump in the summer and will continue as it was in the 2019.
I repeat, job sites now are still continuing, machines are still requested and we are manufacturing without need to reduce the personnel, but, if the stability will be reached by a couple of months, the second half of 2021 will be something booming never seen since many, many years.
