SEBASTIANSTURM is based in Germany‘s Allgäu region. They attach great importance to traditional craftsmanship within a high-tech society. Therefore, the company strives to craft products in traditional leather factories.

Easy Engineering: What are the main areas of activity of the company?

We innovate and produce accessories made of a combination of high-quality leather and our uniquely processed flexible wood. Our products are solely made within the European Union. 

E.E: What’s the news about new products/services?

In an effort to protect the environment and the workforce, we only process leather tanned within the E.U. and solely cooperate with European manufacturers. Fast ways of communication and swift supply chains, enable us to offer high flexibility, particularly in terms of MOQ and individualization requirements.

E.E: What are the ranges of products/services?

SEBASTIANSTURM focuses on corporate business, e-commerce, product customization and individualization. We offer Handbags, wallets, phone cases, desk pads, writing cases, clipboards, a desk set, smart wallets, briefcases and many more things. Besides our standard collection, customers can choose these kinds of products in their preferred leather colours, sizes and shapes and even without wood or made from alternative materials. 

Most of our products are suitable for engravings, for which there has always been a high demand, especially in the B2B market.

E.E: What is the state of the market where you are currently active?

We are currently active in corporate business, e-commerce, in the retail sector and in the wholesale market. 

E.E: What can you tell us about market trends?

In recent years, we’ve been witnessing a constant increase in the demand for sustainable products.

This development has had its temporary ups and downs but overall, the demand has been rising for years.

E.E: What are the most innovative products/services marketed?

Our most innovatively marketed products are certainly all the products which are partially made from our uniquely processed wood. 

We have developed a processing method that makes sustainably planted and grown wood, light, durable and three-dimensionally flexible.

This processing method is patented and world-wide unique. It gives our products its haptical individuality and is for sure our unique selling point.

Due to the colouring and the woodfibre, each creation is visually unique. 

Our products are handcrafted by experienced European manufactures which produce for some of the worlds most renowned brands.

We launched our brand in 2015, have now around 280 articles and are sold by several hundred retailers mostly in Europe but also in the U.S and Asia.

E.E: What estimations do you have for the beginning of 2024?

Owing to stable supply chains and a consistency of product portfolio, we are less prone to global market fluctuations. 

In the beginning of 2024, like in the years before, we’ll stick to our core values and objectives, which is making sustainable, high quality products and fulfilling our customer’s wishes to the highest degree of customer satisfaction possible.
