SERTECHNIK was founded in 2018 in the Bavarian town of Merching. Even if Sertechnik gives the impression of a young company, a closer look reveals that it is a company where experience, competence and know-how meet.

Interview with Erwin Seefried, CEO of SERTECHNIK.
Easy Engineering: A brief description of the company and its activities
Erwin Seefried: Sertechnik specializes in the areas of welded construction, mechanical engineering, casting and assembly.
Quality optimization as well as quality and cost-optimized solutions are daily routine for us.
BPM manipulators are the answer to the needing to handle loads of different types. We help in all possible areas, from warehouse logistics through various production areas to packaging industry.
BPM manipulators allow the ergonomic, safe and effective handling of almost all products. You can lift products up to 1,850 kg using only compressed air.
Due to the perfect load distribution, our manipulators enable almost weightless gripping and handling in all directions. The operator works effectively in maximum safety and ergonomic conditions.
Thanks to the ISO 9001 and ISO 3834 certifications available for our manufacturers, we can guarantee consistently high quality. We create all our designs and simulations with Solidworks Premium Office.

E.S: Specialty of our activity is with no boundaries if there are production and material flow then we can help you. Manipulators and cable balancers are used in a wide range of industries across the globe to help companies move with efficiency and safety. E.E: What’s the news about new products?
E.S: Compressed air is not dangerous; it is clean and it is now available in all industrial sectors. The pneumatic technology is now established both for the development of the driving force and for the logic management. The pneumatic components are extremely reliable and easily maintainable even in the hardest environments. Pneumatic Components are now standardized and normed, and readily available worldwide also not affected by vibration, moisture, dust or other external agent.
When you compare electronic and pneumatic, are not subject to ‘infant mortality’. The compressed air allows the storage of an emergency energy supply besides the air, being a traditional technology, requires basic skills of maintenance personnel.
The compressed air provides the best fluidity when load balancing also a single power source means fewer problems of continuity and probability of breakdowns.
