LAYING THE OPTICAL FIBER WITH KIMERA K960 PLANT

The Heresaz Aurelio Snc company, together with other companies of the consortium to which it belongs, is participating in the creation of the optical fiber network in Valle d’Aosta on behalf of Open Fiber.

The mountainous territory and the numerous countries characterized by narrow streets, where the logistics of the materials is rather difficult, have led the company to look for a mobile system that can easily reach the places to be wired, adapt to the daily needs of the construction site and guarantee the respect of the times.

The particular features of Kimera K960 pushed Heribert Heresaz, owner of the company, to purchase the plant.

The K960 continuous mixing mobile batching plant is one of the most advanced Kimera range products: it can reach a maximum production speed of 60m3/hour and a maximum production capacity at full load of 9m3.

The K960 has a sophisticated weighing system called “ZWEIGHT” consisting of two weighing belts (one for inert materials) resting on class C3 load cells that ensure constant control of the dosages, and a double mixing system, consisting of a mixer with vanes and an auger that also acts as a directional discharge element.

“The presence of a double mixing system capable of producing a concrete that reflects our expectations – explains Heresaz – was one of the determining factors for the purchase of the K960, together with the possibility of equipping the system with a powder dosing system able to make the concrete red, as requested by the specifications”.

Moreover, according to the operator who uses the plant on site, another strong point is the display, which has an intuitive and simple to use interface.

The choice of the Kimera K960 plant was a real strategic choice.

“The plant – says Heresaz – gives us the opportunity to be totally independent from external suppliers and to optimize most of the construction site procedures, allowing us to save time and money”.

A successful collaboration, therefore, for the company located in Valle d’Aosta and the company of concrete mixing plants Kimera, which has always aimed to provide high quality products, able to respond to the customer needs.
