Cecilia Sanchez Grijota: We are a family business with 43 years of experience; our life is Engineering; Our passion is to do the job with care, detail and constant communication with our client. We provide the added value of our extensive knowledge and acquired experience.
Our Headquarters and Technical Team are located in Palencia (Spain), from here we are happy to travel to any place in the world.
We are not armchair engineers. We know what we are doing.
E.E: What are the main areas of activity of the company?
C.S.G: We are dedicated to doing Project Engineering: Basic Project, Execution Project, Detail Engineering, Construction Management – Project Management; Contracting Management – Preparation of RFQs, preparation of comparative tables, Health and Safety Coordination, License Management, turnkey EPC.
A consolidated team of 37 engineering professionals.
We use the latest technologies in the design and execution of Projects: 3D Laser Scanning – Modeling of Structures and Facilities, design and routing of pipes.

C.S.G: The best news in Engineering is the Project well done, well designed and well executed.
The best news for a client who wants to build an Industrial Plant is to know that the Professionals who are going to build it have extensive experience, good training and willingness to agree on solutions.

E.E: What is the status of the market you are currently active in?
C.S.G: The current Engineering scenario is, on the one hand, a few large Engineering Companies that tackle titanic Projects, on the other hand there are small Engineering companies made up of 3 or 4 engineers and NIROSA is a medium-sized Engineering, with personnel that attends to all disciplines, so we do not subcontract engineering services ; we do it all ourselves.
Regarding the moment: Industry is the axis of every economy; Modern, efficient Industrial Plants are required that save energy, recycle, and create jobs.
We see that our work will always be necessary.
E.E: What can you tell us about market trends?
C.S.G: The Industry demands Engineering that helps them with Decarbonization, that knows how to implement clean energies: Green Hydrogen, green fuels, in short green energies; that help them save electricity, water, raw materials, etc., that make their processes more automatic and autonomous.
E.E: What estimates do you have for 2024?
C.S.G: It will be a good year.
