Easy Engineering: How was 2021 for your business, a short summary?
Thomas Bruese: QuickMOVE managed to successfully launch several projects within the global manufacturing industry and logistics. Technology is established and well received by customers. Extreme high availability targets in OE manufacturing and robustness against failures was demonstrated.
Flexibility was proven in particular in the dynamic environment of Installation in grown facilities.
E.E: What new products/services will be launched this year?
T.B: There will be several new add on’s to the flexible and modular product:
– Further explore collaboration with AGWs and other transport solutions
– Enhanced features like railroad switches.
E.E: How did the market change in the last year?
T.B: Besides challenging times, the move to more innovative products developed quite well. The QuickMOVE modular and flexible system is one of the examples for this and we have proven the technology is ready for next level.
E.E: What were the best-selling products of 2021?
T.B: Quick Move launched individual solutions based on a modular system. Flexible and modular conveyer systems were customized with individual transport units to move customer goods.
Biggest project has been a kitting line at a huge OE customer.
E.E: What sector of business do you think is expected to grow this year?
T.B: We want to grow business in the logistics area. Deliver individual solutions as an add on to current available technology.
E.E: What estimations do you have for 2022?
T.B: 2022 is the year to achieve next level für QuickMOVE. While we finalize current projects, it is time to deliver even more complex and challenging projects in the manufacturing and logistics environment.
E.E: A short message for collaborators for the beginning of the year.
T.B: There is several challenges in 2022 like material and component shortages, price increases, etc. Nevertheless, with our innovative product, the upcoming challenges can be managed successfully. We are looking into a successful future together with you as our well-established partners.
