Easy Engineering: A brief description of the company and its activities.
The story begins in 1998, when Jean-Sébastien created and edited with his father Thierry Vidé his first contemporary lights, before being joined by his brother Félicien.
Thierry Vidé is the creator of holotramie, a concept he patented with Jean-Sébastien in 1987 and the fruit of his research on weightlessness. It multiplies the full and the empty by superimposing perforated stainless steel frames to compose a fluid and transparent volume in the space.
In 2005, driven by their vision as light sculptors and their unique know-how, the two brothers founded Thierry Vidé Design, a workshop dedicated to the creation of exceptional lighting. It is the culmination of 30 years of technical and aesthetic research between substance and light.
Since then, they have been involved in prestigious projects in collaboration with major architectural, engineering and project management firms, bringing their world of light to the most prestigious surroundings: yachts, exclusive hotels, and museums, such as the Grand Palais’s restaurant in Paris.
In 2023, the company becomes Vidé Création, marking its entry into a new era of artistic freedom for the two brothers. The firm continued its international expansion.

New products are always thought of as small sculptures, they must amaze us with reflections of shapes that are always simple and not fall into copying or ease. We also pay close attention to saving energy and resources. as these are objects made to last, we constantly think about quality.

We operate in the world of luxury, but luxury for us means handmade, love of materials, quality work done by enthusiasts. Our ambition is to make people dream as much as we dream. giving poetry and breathing to our customers.
E.E: What is the state of the market where you are currently active?
We are on the high-end luxury market, through “accord…” hotel projects, castles in France, also luxury boutiques such as Cartier USA, China, Spain, Frank Muller Swiss watches…

Market trends are, in our opinion, always towards sustainable, high-end and quality. The world needs to return to things that are safe, reusable and timeless.
E.E: What are the most innovative products/services marketed?
For us, innovation is the creation of new forms and the constant integration of LED technology which has revolutionized light over the last 10 years.
E.E: What estimations do you have for the beginning of 2024?
The different world events mean that everything is changing at the moment, people, fortunes, energies, so it is too early to predict anything, but the reality is that there are plans for great projects and thousands of ideas running through our heads to amaze you again and again.
