Easy Engineering: A brief description of the company and its activities.
Fons Janssen: Company started 11 years ago with designing and production of Tractor Bumper for in front of the tractor. Combination of front weight, toolbox, front protection, lighting and reflective panels.
E.E: What are the main areas of activity of the company?
F.J: Started with main focus in Netherlands 11 years ago. Now 90% export. Biggest markets are Germany, Switzerland, France and Norway. But also shipped to Japan, New Zealand, Canada and Africa.
E.E: What’s the news about new products/services?
F.J: We have patented side panels what makes our product unique. Turning circle will be reduced, protected when driving backwards and much better side protection.
We also make the colors in Tractor Brand with own company logo.
E.E: What are the ranges of products/services?
F.J: We have models with only integrated toolbox without extra front weight till safe front weights till 2500kg and all between. All models have an integrated toolbox. It’s safer because oils are not loose in the tractor cabin.
E.E: What is the state of the market where you are currently active?
F.J: We are growing rapidly. There is a lot of potential. We believe that we will replace the standard tractor front weights market. Our product is a frontweight 2.0
E.E: What can you tell us about market trends?
F.J: Customers really like the personal design with tractor brand colors and company name in the middle. It needs to be a gadget which “pimps” the tractor. Like aluminum rims for your car.
A few months ago, we started with Augmented reality. You can select your brand and see the Tractor Bumper on 3D. With your mobile phone you can connect the bumper on your own tractor.
E.E: What are the most innovative products/services marketed?
F.J: Our patented side panels what makes our product unique and our new augmented reality models of all brands.
E.E: What estimations do you have for the beginning of 2024?
F.J: Growth of 30% -> in numbers 1700 pieces this year.
