Easy Engineering: What are the main areas of activity of the company?
Ulrich Jerichow: Developing and selling disruptive AI driven software and hardware solutions for real-time breath and saliva analysis.
E.E: What’s the news about new products?
U.J: Our system vitashape enables costumer to determine non-invasively and within minutes very important health parameters such as metabolism speed, fat burn rate, lung functions, stress level by real time breath analysis. Even more important our system vitashape comes with an implemented coaching functionality for individual diet plans, relaxation and activity guidance.
E.E: What are the ranges of products?
U.J: We offer product solutions for B2B as well as B2C customers in mega markets such as Health/Fitness, Health Care and Automotive.
E.E: What is the state of the market where you are currently active?
U.J: We just launched our product vitashape to the Health/Fitness market. The market entry for products lines tailed to Health Care and Automotive is expected for 2025/2026.
E.E: What can you tell us about market trends?
U.J: About 30% of the population are suffering from overweight, which caused about $ 2 trillion per year. 6% of the population worldwide are suffering from diabetes which causes about $ 825 billion per year. 5% of the population worldwide suffers from COPD and Asthma which leads to about $ 36 Billion in the US only. 25% of all death in traffic are caused by drunk driving. For all the above-mentioned problems VitaScale offers a easy to use, very precise and affordable wearable device which not only can perform medical grad diagnostic but also coaching and rehabilitation. Due to a 24/7 approach by implementing other devices and apps via interfaces VitaScale enables the user to get a holistic daily diagnostic and due to AI optimized coaching/treatment. The system can be easy implement as a digital health device in any kind of telemedicine network/system. The VitaScale System consists of hardware (headset and/or handheld) incorporating the proprietary sensor technology and the smart algorithm which can be downloaded on any kind of smartphone, tablet or smartwatch.
E.E: What are the most innovative products marketed?
U.J: Our Systems vitashape and vitapace are the first system worldwide delivering a comprehensive analysis of very important health parameters such as metabolism, metabolism illnesses (Diabetes and Nutrition intolerances), lung function, resilience and performance level. Since there are many cross dependencies this wholistic analysis shifts diagnostic and prevention to the next level. With our system vitapace and with the systems for automotive applications we are the first company worldwide being able to measure and analyze breath in an open environment.
E.E: What estimations do you have for the beginning of 2024?
U.J: We are expecting significant growth rates due to expending the sales of our system vitashape to EU and most likely US as well. Furthermore, we are going to launch a B2C solution mid of next year.
