SOFTSHAPER software is sold together with the 3D printer, it is a software fine-tuned to customers’ requirements with available interesting features such as layer grouping, reporting, dedicated profiles of filaments.

The functionality of the software is that we give more than any other 3D printing system on the market, including: 

  • grouping of layers (e.g., very complex model geometry with different mechanical properties – one model can be flexible in one place in another hard (robot grasping the last element: the base hard and the gripper itself flexible) and many other possibilities).
  • inserts, the addition of additional elements during the process (without postprocessing), in order to mechanically strengthen the model (such as a metal screw with threads) or to apply GPS or other detail in the printed object, 
  • design of support structures, extending the automatic functions of the software with the ability to model support structures manually

VSHAPER: VSHAPER continuously invest in innovation and improvement of existing products. VSHAPER main goal for coming year is to launch new model of machine that will revolutionize VSHAPER product portfolio and will make big foot print in 3d printing market. We also work under new version of SOFTSHAPER with new features inside. What is more we also improving with our business partners our, launched few years ago, new 3d printing technology 5 axis 3d printing. 

E.E: What are the ranges of products?

VSHAPER: We offer a product that is innovative in the world. It is a 5-axis printer VSHAPER 5AX, which has a working area of 600x500x400 [mm] and a table equipped with a rotary-tilt bed. This allows the printer to create models that a 3-axis printer will not print. It is possible to work with 2 materials simultaneously. It also has an heated working chamber. 

In VSHAPER portfolio, apart from 5 axis 3d printing machine there are 3 axis 3d printing models. 

The 500 PRO/500 MED printers are more widely used in industry and medicine, adapted to create large-size models. They have 2 printing nozzles with printing temperature of 450 degrees. The working area is almost twice as large (420x420x420 [mm]) as for 270 PRO/MED 3D printer. 

The 270 MED and 270 PRO, Industrial machines made for tough production cases that print almost every material available on market such as PEEK, PA, PEEK CF, PEEK GF ABS, ASA, PC-ABS, PA12, PA-CF, PA-GF, PC. The printer will be best suited for low-volume production in a single printing process, working area (250x250x175 [mm]) Both the 270 and 500 printers have heated vacuum tables and replaceable printheads. In addition, medical printers from both series are sterilized with UV light. 

E.E: At what stage is the market where you are currently active?

VSHAPER: The 3D printer market is in a phase of continuous development, moving more towards stable growth.
