INTERVIEW WITH AAA20 GROUP

Collaborative Palletizer is a leader in the nascent subscription-based robotic solutions industry, called RaaS (Robotics as a Service). It demonstrates the operational and economic benefits of subscription-based robotics. AAA20 provides a unique, risk-free opportunity for operations to enjoy world-class collaborative robotics for their palletizing process.

Easy Engineering: What are the main areas of activity of the company?

AAA20: The CP-100 collaborative palletizer is a robot that is designed to work alongside workers stacking boxes onto a pallet for transportation. The CP-100 differs from conventional palletizers which require a large footprint, and are used most frequently in full scale automation. The advantage in the CP-100 is that it is truly collaborative; it does not require big fences, and is designed for exceptional operator safety.

E.E: What’s the news about new products?

AAA20: The adoption of subscription-based automation solutions is proliferating in the packaging industry – most notably for end-of-line palletizing. This approach to capital equipment acquisition provides a superior countermeasure against skyrocketing labor cost and labor shortage while protecting against equipment obsolescence.

E.E: What are the ranges of products?

AAA20: Speed: it can run 5-10 cycles in a minute. It could pick 3 boxes per cycle. For example, 3 boxes per picking multiplied by 7 cycles a minute is equal to 21 boxes a minute. The final speed will be defined by a sum of factors, as box dimensions, pallet patterns and weight.

E.E: At what stage is the market where you are currently active?

AAA20: Go to market, already selling and leasing it.

E.E: What can you tell us about market trends?

AAA20: AAA20Group, LLC, a subscription-based robotic solutions leader, predicts that their automation solution could play a key role in attracting young innovators. In addition to attracting top talent, specialized palletizing robotics leased from AAA20Group can reduce capital requirements and lower fixed costs. A significant cost-saving potential can be realized in nearly any packaging line that requires end-of-line palletizing. As a leader in the growing Robotics-as-a-Service business model, AAA20Group provides a method for lowering the barrier to entry for customers seeking robotic automation.

E.E: What are the most innovative products marketed?

AAA20: CP-100 a collaborative palletizer designed for RaaS robot as a service, simple, fast to install and easy to move from line to line.

E.E: What estimations do you have for 2022?

AAA20: The best year ever, we had an amazing show at pack expo Las Vegas 2020 and now we have an waiting list of the next batches of machines
