E.E: What are the ranges of products? ADITO Software: Our software is available as a standard solution that is flexibly customizable. This means the basis of our CRM solution is a proven core of functionalities which can be implemented quickly. In a second step, we address the individual requirements of each company and we have various industry solutions adapted to the requirements of your line of business: We offer supplementary industry modules for the areas of construction and construction suppliers, mechanical engineering, trade, logistics and life science. E.E: What’s the news about new products? ADITO Software: There are three major releases each year integrating new features into our platform. These features cover categories like marketing, sales and service, but also contact management and industry-specific innovations. We are currently working on specific features such as artificial intelligence in sales and virtual assistants. E.E: At what stage is the market where you are currently active? ADITO Software: Since the beginning of the pandemic, a noticeable jolt has gone through the business community. Digitalization strategies have suddenly been moved to the top of priority lists. We carry out a study to monitor current developments on the market on a yearly basis. This year’s study clearly shows that companies now prioritize digitalization projects in order to remain competitive. In German companies digitalization has been making clearly discernible progress. The pandemic has accelerated this development. While in 2020 only 27% of the companies surveyed could be assigned to the group of “digitalization pioneers”, this figure rose to 44% in 2021. E.E: What can you tell us about market trends? ADITO Software: In the area of CRM, the trend towards flexibly customizable standard platforms is clearly evident. This means that more and more companies are opting for standard platforms that can be customized to the company’s requirements. Another trend is corporate management with CRM. Today, CRM is no longer merely regarded as a contact management tool, but is used as a comprehensive system for controlling the entire company. Statistics, data and analysis collected and conducted in your CRM tool assist you in a fast and unambiguous way in your decision-making process. E.E: What are the most innovative products marketed? ADITO Software: As a software provider, innovation is a vital part of our business and of course our platform is constantly subject to changes, development and adaptations. However, our solution for the retail industry is particularly new. In order to meet the challenges of retail, we teamed up with our customers from this sector to develop a collaborative solution. E.E: What estimations do you have for 2022? ADITO Software: Following the positive developments of this year, we are also very optimistic for 2022 and expect further growth in our market. We assume that digitalization projects will play an increasingly important role in any company.
