E.E: What can you tell us about market trends?
It is becoming apparent that more investments are being made to supplement existing machinery and increase its efficiency. This means that the area of application of a single carrier machine can be significantly increased with an attachment, thus enabling a wide range of applications.
E.E: Which are the most innovative products/services that are marketed?
Our most innovative product is probably the GYRUstar shovel separator. It also won the innovation medal at GaLaBau in Nuremberg. The shovel separators combine several innovations in one. The highly wear-resistant polyurethane stars on the screening shaft not only ensure absolutely gentle material handling during screening and are not only twice as powerful as conventional blade separators – they also do not stick together with highly cohesive materials. Thanks to the easy movement of the stars, they even clean themselves. The POWERtrain drive is completely maintenance-free. In addition, they can only be operated at a slightly higher idle speed of the excavator / wheel loader and are significantly quieter than the engine noise of an excavator or wheel loader. Screening at lunchtime is finally no longer a problem and the material is processed where it is needed. The GYRUstar bucket separators are convincing across the board and (in addition to considerable savings in emissions and immissions) make every day work easier by saving up to 90% on disposal and transportation costs. As has already become clear in recent years, costs are rising continuously in all areas and time is becoming increasingly valuable. Recycling will become an integral part of our lives, whether we like it or not. Turning waste, which would be expensive and time-consuming to dispose of, back into raw material – and ultimately a building material – is a cycle. A cycle that lasts forever. An opportunity that we can all take advantage of at any time. A way that converts our costs into earnings and does not waste our time, but uses it sensibly and effectively.
