Since 1980, Arcansas Profili designs, produces and distributes profiles for DIY, flooring and tiles in order to offer a wide range of functional and accessible products and solutions that reflect the taste and people’s lifestyle.

Easy Engineering: What are the main areas of activity of the company?

ARCANSAS: Arcansas works with most of the biggest European DIY Superstores such as ADEO and OBI. It is also active in the Traditional market.

E.E: What’s the news about new products?

ARCANSAS: Arcansas Profili started to produce also new Profiles in PVC, such as Skirting-boards, that are substituting wood profiles because the PVC ones are stronger, nicer, easier to install and clean, including a much longer duration.

E.E: What are the ranges of products?

ARCANSAS: Arcansas Profili globally has the biggest range among all the European competitors. Arcansas Profili has a vast range of DIY Profiles in many kinds of finishing such as anodized, brushed, titanium, bronze, etc.

The Flooring and Tiles Profiles ranges benefit of similar wideness.

E.E: At what stage is the market where you are currently active?

ARCANSAS: The main European markets are mature enough and have embraced positively the Profiles and the new trends. We have also strategic partnerships in other markets outside Europe where there are important and well recognized DIY Superstores.

E.E: What can you tell us about market trends?

ARCANSAS: The market is constantly evolving and bringing out new trends. The post-covid market is bigger than it was before because more and more people are approaching the Do-It-Yourself philosophy.

Each country in Europe has his own trends, colors, finishings and products, and they may change every year or two.

E.E: What are the most innovative products marketed?

ARCANSAS: One of the latest trends accepted in most of the European countries is the “Stone Finishings”. Arcansas Profili has got a wide range of Stone Finishings Products to follow the Ceramic Tiles Trends.

E.E: What estimations do you have for the rest of 2022?

ARCANSAS: 2022 was a difficult year for many market players. In many cases we have observed that the sales in terms of Euro have increased because of the price-increase whilst the sales in terms of pieces have decreased. 

Nevertheless, Arcansas Profili has grown more than 10% compared to the previous year and our target is to improve the CAGR.
